Altenew Craft-A-Flower: Sunburst Azalea Release Blog Hop + Giveaway ($200 in total prizes)

Hello, my crafty friends! Welcome to my blog! If you just came from Reiko Tsuchida, then you’re on the right track. Make sure to drop by the Altenew blog for all the information needed about this hop.

Take a look at this gorgeous Craft-A-Flower Sunburst Azalea die set!

Craft-A-Flower: Sunburst Azalea Layering Die Set

Here’s my card using this die set.

Sending Big Hugs

STEPS:

  1. Die cut gradient cardstocks Sea Shore and Gel Printing: Soft Washes using the Craft-a-Flower: Sunburst Azalea.
  2. Partially die cut white cardstock using the Decorative Tags die. Die cut an extra for the leaves.
  3. Use Distress Oxides Broken China and Tumbled Glass to color the edges of the die cut leaves.
  4. Add Craft Gilding glue to certain areas and add gold leaf.
  5. Assemble the card.
Tip: Partial die cutting can expand the use of your dies. By doing so, I was able to create a longer panel to fit the card front.
