Hello from Japan. I've been searching for a scrapbooking website based in the Philippines, and finally I found one! I'm a US military wife stationed in Japan, and have been scrapbooking for a while. If you have a chance to come to Japan, the Y100 Stores are the best place to buy a lot of scrapbooking stuff at reasonable prices, especially organizers and embellishments.
