For my first card, I stamped the different images of the Flower Garden stamp set all at the same time using the Misti stamping tool on a 4″ x 5.25″ pink cardstock using Versamark Ink then embossed with Altenew crisp white embossing powder. Edges were distressed using the paper distresser. White and pink cardstocks were trimmed to 2.25″ x 4″ panels and vellum was cut to 2.5″ x 4.25″. The sentiment was stamped onto the pink CS and embossed using white embossing powder. Foam adhesives were used to create dimension. All the layers were mounted on a 5.5″ x 4.25″ white top folding CS.

I kept wondering what someone could do with the poinsettia stamp and here you make it look almost like spider webs, very nice.
Thanks so much, Bridget!
I think every one of your cards is fantastic. If you had not admitted that you were uncomfortable with the alcohol marker, I would never have know as your card is wonderful. That being said, thank you for admitting that even you artists have “weak” areas. It gives us “little people” hope.
Awww… we all have weak areas, Carol. There are techniques that we gravitate to because we are comfortable doing but there are some that are our last choice because it really takes an effort to do. But the only way to get better is if you practice, right? ๐ We are all in this together… to share what we learn and to inspire. Thank you so much for finding time to drop by. I truly appreciate your comments <3
